- Weigh yourself
- Wait an hour (no food and no drink)
- Weigh yourself again
- Repeat until you see the number you want
Be careful as always. If you feel faint you should probably drink some water...

I suppose if you don't get to your goal within 24 hours then you should drink two large glasses of water. Then sleep it off and start again the next day.
