Good Morning!

Today when I woke up I was ready to go. I laid in bed for a couple minutes with the dog and then got up. I was disappointed when I got on the scale... I think running yesterday was not the best for weight loss. I am sure it is good but instead of making me lose I think it made me gain.

I am in a good mood though! I am ready to stay focused and lose lose lose.

I will take the dog for a run or walk again today. I think if I just keep running that eventually, hopefully soon, I will lose again. Just build up the muscles first I guess.

I will be posting thinspo hopefully today. It is my bridal shower but I should have some time.

This was me at 110. Its a little hard to see but the collar bones are definitely there.
